1. ABOUT THESE TERMS OF SALES
1.1. These Terms of Sale (“Terms”),
Together with Alphachocks.com Account Terms of Service, set out the terms and conditions that will apply when you place an order through Alphachocks.com operated web shops. If you are unable to understand, or have any questions about these Terms please contact email@example.com. You will be required to confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms before you submit an order to Alphachocks.com. Please note that these Terms are subject to change so review and save or print a copy of the current terms and conditions prior to each order that you submit.

2. ALPHACHOCKS.COM TERMS
2.1. Customer initiated order cancellations and changes: You may not make changes or cancel your Alphachocks.com product order at any time after making the order
2.2. Return / refunds:
Refunds in case of a faulty product: If you wish to return for a refund a product that is delivered to you by Alphachocks.com which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, or which does not correspond to the description on the web shop, you can do so in accordance with and pursuant to Return Policy within 14 days of receiving the product. 2.3. Validity: Any participations associated with the product are in effect until the date stated in the product description on the web shop. Participations cannot be cancelled during the participation period, and are not renewed automatically.
2.4. Order tracking: Tracking for your order may be available as separately informed by Alphachocks.com
3. ORDER AND ACCEPTANCE
3.1. Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase products. Orders are subject to Alphachocks.com acceptance and may be refused at Alphachocks.com discretion, for example in cases where:
3.1.1. orders cannot be processed due to an error of information you have provided;
3.1.2. there is an error on the web shop relating to the products that you have ordered, for example an error relating to the price or description of the product as displayed on the web shop; or
3.1.3. the products that you have ordered are no longer available through the web shop.
3.2. After Alphachocks.com receives your order, you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order. If you do not receive an email, contact Alphachocks.com before you try to place another order for the same product.
3.3. You will receive an email when your order is being dispatched confirming that your order has been accepted.
3.4. If you have any questions, comments or concerns regarding Alphachocks.com order acceptance policy, or if you consider that your order was rejected in error, please contact info@ Alphachocks.com
4. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Alphachocks.com will have the right, at any time, to make changes of the information about products displayed on the web shops, for example information about prices, description or the availability of products and Alphachocks.com will not, however, make any changes to the price, availability or description of any product after an order has been accepted.
5. ORDER, ORDER CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES
You can make changes to or cancel your order at any time before your order has been processed. To make changes to your processed order, please contact Alphachocks.com. If your order has already been dispatched, (i) for the pre-order products you will be able to request a refund of the product as separately informed by Alphachocks.com, and (ii) for other
products you will only be able to request a refund of the product: please see Return Policy.
6. ORDER TRAKING
For other than pre-order products you can track the progress of your order by logging into your Alphachocks.com account. For preorder products the order tracking may be available as separately informed by Alphachocks.com.
7.1. In some cases some products might not be available for all countries. You will be informed of any such territorial restrictions before you can purchase the product.
7.2. Shipping and handling charges will depend on the value of your order and the country to which the product is being shipped. Any customs duties or tariffs that may be imposed on the deliveries will be paid by you.
7.3. Any delivery dates provided to you in connection with your order are estimates. Although the aim is to provide you with as accurate estimates as possible, Alphachocks.com cannot promise that they are accurate.
7.4. Alphachocks.com reserves the right to deliver the ordered products in separate shipments.
7.5. Product that is delivered to you will become your property at the time that you receive it provided that Alphachocks.com has received full payment for the product. As soon as Alphachocks.com has delivered the product to you, you will become responsible for it and for any loss or damage to it thereafter.
8. PRICES AND PAYMENT
8.1. The product price is always the price indicated in the web shop when you place your order. The price does not include VAT.
8.2. Products and their postage are paid in conjunction with the order. The available payment methods are displayed in connection with the product order form in the web shop. Online payment methods are provided by BANK WIRE TRANSFER TO :

8.3. Payments by credit and debit cards: If you would like to pay by credit or debit card, Alphachocks.com will act solely as the marketer
of the respective payment method and will provide the products to the customer. All complaints and claims for compensation will be handled by the payment method provider. With regard to payments made by credit or debit card, the payment method provider acts as the merchant of the product and the trade transaction takes place between the customer and the payment method provider. The payment method provider is also the recipient of the payment.
8.4. Online banks: In some countries purchases will also be possible via online payment systems. These services will be offered via Alphachocks.com payment partners in accordance with their terms.
9. RETURN / REFUNDS
9.1. Refunds or exchanges in case of a faulty product. If you wish to exchange or return for a refund a pre-order product which is faulty or otherwise damaged when you receive it, which does not correspond to the description on the web shop, or which develops a fault after you receive it, you can do so in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and as separately informed by Alphachocks.com.

9.2. Refunds for non-faulty merchandise. You can exercise the right to cancel an order for pre-order product in accordance with and pursuant to applicable law and as separately informed by Alphachocks.com. You can exercise the right to cancel an order for product sold and delivered to you by Alphachocks.com within fourteen (14) days from the date that the product is received in accordance and pursuant to the terms of the Return Policy.
10. LIABILITY TO YOU
10.1. Nothing in these Terms will exclude or limit liability to you for fraud, death or personal injury or any other liability which the law states may not be excluded or limited.
10.2. Neither Alphachocks.com will be liable to you under a contract for:
10.2.1. any loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill;
10.2.2. any loss or corruption of or damage to data;
10.2.3. any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either breach of a contract or breach of legal duty of care.

The contract for sales of pre-order products will be solely between you and Alphachocks.com and is governed by the laws of The Swiss Confederation. The contract for sales of other products will be solely between you and Alphachocks.com and is governed by the laws of The Swiss Confederation.
If any provision of a contract is not valid or legally enforceable, that term will be deleted and the remaining terms will not be affected.
13. ORDERS AND DELIVERY
13.1. Order processing time: It can take up to 10 business days to process your order after you place it; however it normally takes 2-3 business days for your order to dispatch. Once you place your order at the Alphachocks.com online shop, we will send you an email confirmation containing the details of your order. You can track your order status under your Alphachocks.com Online Shop account.
Additionally, we inform you by email once the order is dispatched. The shipping confirmation email contains shipping details along with the parcel tracking information, if available.
13.2. Delivery time: The delivery time varies depending on the shipping method in use and the delivery address.
All orders of the Alphachocks.com are shipped using a trackable express delivery service that requires a signature upon delivery. In all countries Alphachocks.com orders are shipped by FedEx directly to your doorstep. You can expect delivery within 2-5 business days from the dispatch date. It might take longer for the parcel to reach you if your delivery address is in a remote or hard to reach location.
Please keep in mind that FedEx will deliver only on business days within the normal business hours of your country. It is very important that you are available to sign for the parcel when the delivery attempt is made. If you know that you are not going to be present at the scheduled time of delivery, please get in touch with FedEx directly to agree on a suitable delivery time.
The shipping method along with the tracking code, if applicable, are visible in the shipping confirmation email that you receive once the order is dispatched.
13.3. Shipping destinations: Alphachocks.com Online Shop delivers orders to all with some restrictions. We cannot ship orders to PO boxes, hotels or hostels, penitentiaries and military bases. The shipping address you indicate for you order must be a real address where you will be present to sign for the delivery.
13.4. Where is my package? Delivery date, please contact the courier (FedEx) in your country and quote the tracking number of your package. You can check the contact details of your nearest FedEx office here (http://www.fedex.com/locate/index.html). If the courier can’t locate the parcel, please contact email@example.com (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org) to submit a request and we will help investigate.
If the order has been shipped to you using a non-trackable delivery method, please allow up to 21 days for the deliveries within EU, Norway and Switzerland. For non-trackable deliveries in Finland, please allow up to 10 days for the delivery to reach you. If you still don’t receive the parcel within this time period, please check with your local post office. If the order cannot be located, please contact email@example.com (mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org) and we will help investigate.
13.5. Cancelling your order: Once you placed an order at the Alphachocks.com Online Shop we start processing it immediately and it takes us 2 to 3 days to prepare it for shipping. If you change your mind and would like to cancel the order, Alphachocks.com can assist you as long as the order hasn’t been shipped yet. You can check the order status under your Alphachocks.com Online Shop account.
Please notify us about your wish to cancel your order as soon as possible by submitting an order cancellation request by contacting email@example.com.
13.6. Changing shipping address: If you notice that there is a mistake in your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org (mailto:email@example.com) Service and Support and we will make the correction. We start processing new orders right away and it takes us 2 to 3 days to prepare them for shipping, therefore we may not be able to make the change in time before the order is shipped.
If you need to change the shipping address after the order is already shipped, we advise you to contact the courier directly and notify them about the mistake in your shipping address. You can find out which courier is making the delivery from the shipping confirmation email that we send you when the order is dispatched.
13.7. Third party accessories: You can shop a hand-picked selection of accessories for your Alphachocks.com at the Alphachocks.com Online Shop. Alphachocks.com service and support is happy to assist you in questions related to ordering and delivery.
13.8. Return policy: For your convenience and satisfaction, you may return merchandise you purchase on Alphachocks.com within 14 days of receiving your order. To request a return please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Please indicate clearly in the subject and body of the message “RETURN”, providing any relevant information including order number, purchase date and payment method utilized.
Keep in mind that we accept returns only from the ship-to countries supported by the Alphachocks.com online shop. Once we receive your request, we will then provide you with further instructions on how to proceed. Return shipping costs for the Alphachocks.com product orders will be covered by the client.
NOTE: Should your product experience an alleged defect please refer to the Alphachocks.com. For quality claims related to the third party accessories purchased at the Alphachocks.com Online Shop, please contact email@example.com. The Alphachocks.com 14-day Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Return conditions: Items must be returned in new condition (unused, untested, and resalable) with the original manufacturer packaging, all accessories, kit components, promotional items, literature, and instruction manuals included. These “extras” must be included with your return to qualify for a full refund. If any item that was originally issued is missing, its value will be added to the original price you paid for the order, thus reducing the amount of the refund, if such is issued.
When shipping your returned item, insure it for its full value and safely wrap it to prevent any damage. Items that have been used or damaged by use cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on customized orders.
No refunds are issued for used equipment.
14. WARRANTY POLICY
14.1. As per EU regulations including Switzerland and Norway.
14.2. Limitation of Alphachocks.com liability: This Limited Warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy against Alphachocks.com. And, it is Alphachocks.com sole and exclusive liability in respect to defects in the Product. However, this Limited Warranty shall neither exclude nor limit any legal (statutory) rights under the applicable national laws. This Limited Warranty replaces all other Alphachocks.com warranties and liabilities, whether oral, written, (non-mandatory) statutory, contractual, in tort or otherwise, including, without limitation, and where permitted by applicable law, any implied conditions, warranties or other terms as to satisfactory quality or fitness for purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law(s) Alphachocks.com is not liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages, and expressly disclaims all liability for:
14.3. Any loss of profit, loss of income, loss of business, loss of revenue or loss of goodwill; or
14.4. Any loss or damage which was not a reasonably foreseeable result of either our breach of a contract or our breach of our legal duty of care. Loss or damage is “reasonably foreseeable” if, at the time that we and you entered into a contract, such loss was either contemplated by us and you or you notified us that the loss may occur if we breached the contract or our legal duty of care. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Alphachocks.com’s liability shall be limited to the purchase value of the Product. The above limitations shall not apply to death or personal injury resulting from Alphachocks.com’s proven negligence.
